FAQ

Good food, good people, good times.

Field note 01 Do you take walk-ins, or is it reservations only?

We always hold a few spots at the bar for walk-ins, even on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are coming as a group of four or more, a reservation is a good idea. For Sunday brunch, we strongly recommend booking ahead because it fills up by Thursday most weeks.

Field note 02 How long does a typical dinner take, and do you rush tables?

We do not turn tables. A three-course dinner usually runs about ninety minutes, but if you want to sit and talk for two hours, that is fine. We will never hover. The last seating is at 9pm, so if you book at 8:30 you will have the room to yourselves by the end.

Field note 03 Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, and please tell us when you book rather than at the table. We can work around most dietary needs with advance notice. Severe nut or shellfish allergies: let us know and we will talk through the menu with you before you arrive. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free kitchen, but we take it seriously.

Field note 04 Is the back room available for private events, and how does the minimum spend work?

The back room seats up to eighteen and is available Tuesday through Saturday. There is no room rental fee. The minimum spend is $600 for the room, which covers food and non-alcoholic drinks. Wine and cocktails are additional. We build a set menu with you about two weeks before the event.
